Everise Analytical, Inc. designs and manufactures mass spectrometric systems and sample introduction devices, based primarily on quadrupole mass filter and chromatography. Everise systems are designed using proprietary system optimization tools derived from its advanced control systems. Everise focus on not only improving the efficiency and simplicity of the ion source and analyzer, but also placing greater emphasis on controlling the ion energy and profile by improving the coupling and transitional efficiency as ion traverses through different components, using geometrical, electrical, thermal, and pneumatic means.
The core of the quadrupole analyzer is fabricated using special geometric rod holders and tools for the symmetrical placement and fixation of the rods, which are matched with highly stable and precise electronics.
Sample inlet systems feature advanced electronic pneumatic modules and thermal control algorithms for achieving best reliability and efficiency, which are the most important aspects of modern instrumentation.
